1. Services
1.1 We provide professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

Driveways and walkways

Patios and decks
-
Stairs and entryways
-
Dumpsters and dumpster pads
-
Other residential and commercial exterior surfaces as agreed in writing
1.2 The exact services, pricing, and scope of work will be described in your quote, invoice, or booking confirmation.
2. Quotes, Pricing & Payment
2.1 All quotes are based on the information you provide and our visual assessment. Prices may be adjusted if the actual condition or size of the area is different from what was described.
2.2 Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service.

We accept payment in U.S. dollars (USD) via the methods listed on our website or invoice.
2.3 If payment is not received when due, we may:
-
Charge a late fee where permitted by law, and/or
-
Refuse future service until the account is brought current.
3. Scheduling, Access & Cancellations
3.1 You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled date and time, including:
-
Unlocking gates or providing access codes
-
Securing pets
-
Moving vehicles, furniture, or other items that block the work area
3.2 Cancellations and rescheduling:
-
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without a fee.
-
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted service price.
3.3 If we arrive and cannot safely or reasonably perform the work due to access issues or unsafe conditions, we may:

Charge a trip fee, and/or
-
Reschedule the service at our discretion.
4. Condition of Surfaces & Existing Damage
4.1 Many exterior surfaces naturally wear over time. High-pressure or soft washing can reveal pre‑existing damage, staining, oxidation, or wear that was not visible before cleaning. This is not considered damage caused by our service.
4.2 You are responsible for:

Informing us of any known damage, loose materials, failing paint, or fragile surfaces before we begin work.

Ensuring that windows, doors, and other openings are properly sealed.
4.3 We are not responsible for:
-
Pre‑existing damage, defects, or failing materials
-
Water intrusion due to faulty seals, cracks, or structural issues
-
Loose items that were not removed or secured before service
5. Results, Stains & Limitations
5.1 We will use professional methods and reasonable care to clean your surfaces. However, we cannot guarantee:
-
Complete removal of all stains, discoloration, rust, oil, or organic growth
-
Restoration of surfaces to a “like new” condition
5.2 Some stains or discoloration may be permanent due to age, material type, or prior damage. In such cases, we will clean to the best achievable result without damaging the surface.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate information about your property and the requested work
-
Remove or protect personal items, decorations, and fragile objects from the work area
-
Keep children and pets away from the work area during service
-
Review the completed work promptly and notify us of any concerns within 24 hours
7. Damage & Liability
7.1 We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. If damage is clearly and directly caused by our negligence, our liability will be limited to:

Repairing the damaged area, or
-
Reimbursing you for the reasonable cost of repair, up to the amount you paid for the specific service that caused the damage.
7.2 We are not liable for:
-
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of use, loss of income, or loss of value)
-
Damage resulting from pre‑existing conditions, defective materials, or improper installation
-
Damage to items left in the work area that were not removed or protected by you
8. Weather & Safety
8.1 For safety reasons, we may reschedule or delay service due to:
-
Severe weather (storms, lightning, extreme temperatures, etc.)
-
Unsafe site conditions
8.2 If we reschedule due to weather or safety, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a new appointment time as soon as possible.
9. Warranties & Satisfaction
9.1 Except as expressly stated in these Terms, all services are provided “as is” and without any additional warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9.2 If you are not satisfied with the service, you must contact us within 24 hours of completion. We may, at our discretion:

Revisit the property to inspect the issue, and/or
-
Perform a reasonable touch‑up or re‑clean of the affected area.
10. Photos & Marketing
10.1 We may take before‑and‑after photos or videos of the work area for:
-
Documentation of the condition of the property
-
Training and quality control
-
Marketing and promotional use (such as on our website or social media)
10.2 We will not publicly share images that clearly show your address, license plates, or people without reasonable efforts to obscure or remove that information.
If you do not want your property images used for marketing, please let us know in writing before the service.
11. Privacy
We may collect basic contact and service information when you request a quote, book online, or contact us. We use this information only to:

Communicate with you about your services

Schedule and complete your work

Send invoices, receipts, or follow‑up messages
We do not sell your personal information.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
